I’d be slightly suspicious of someone carrying a canvas bag that reads: “I’m not carrying anything suspicious.”

I used to carry two pioneer CDJ in a stainless checkerboard case to parties and would always get asked what was in the case. To which, I would reply simply “tools”.

The intimacy of seeing what others carry in flickr groups like “what’s in your bag” and the everyday carry tags on Tumblr entertains me. The later perhaps being more utilitarian, suits my increasingly pragmatic nature.
